In House CNC Plasma Cutting

CNC plasma cutting capabilities up to 4' by 8' and thicknesses up to 1". We are on the cutting edge of the CNC plasma cutting market in both design, and function. From CAD design, to cutting various materials, we can bring your ideas to life. With our machine, we can confidently cut precise holes down to 5/16" and within very fine tolerances on any shape and size. We also take the time to deburr and remove any dross or slag that may be left behind by the plasma cutting process. Not only do we have the equipment, but we understand it and how it works. 

MIG, TIG & STICK Welding Processes on Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminum Materials

No process left behind. You name it, we are trained and equipped to do it. MIG processes including spray transfer, pulse, stainless steel wire and aluminum wire as well as FCAW. At Costa Fabrication we have Certified structural stick welding capabilities and are familiar with a multitude of stick welding rods including 7018, 7024, 6010, 6013 and more. We have top of the line TIG welding equipment with pulse capabilities as well as AC balance control and frequency control allowing us to provide the highest quality welds possible on stainless steel, aluminum and mild steel.
